At Cold Hollow Cider Mill, we strive for 100% satisfaction with our Vermont specialty foods; however, due to the perishable nature of our cider and baked goods, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality and safety.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the items.

    Review and Approval

    Our quality assurance team will review your request to determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate based on the condition of the food products received.

  • 3.
    Return Shipping

    For non-perishable gift shop items, we will provide a return shipping label; please note that fresh cider and cider donuts cannot be returned once opened.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a fresh replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
