How do you ensure the freshness of my cider during shipping?
Our legendary cider is cold-pressed and immediately chilled. We use insulated packaging and expedited shipping methods to ensure it arrives at your door with its signature crisp, orchard-fresh taste.
Are your famous Cider Donuts shipped fresh?
Yes! We bake our donuts daily in small batches. To ensure maximum freshness, we ship them the same day they are baked, and we recommend a quick 10-second warm-up in the microwave upon arrival for that just-out-of-the-fryer experience.
What is the shelf life of your apple cider?
Unopened, our refrigerated cider typically stays fresh for up to 3 weeks. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 7 to 10 days for the best flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping for your maple syrups and specialty foods?
Currently, we ship our cider, donuts, and specialty pantry items to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to the perishable nature of our products.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is packed and ready for pickup by our carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
